I won't lie: I'm good at what I do.
And I have more than 20 years of experience doing it. I've had some extraordinary mentors who have helped me develop my skills, and I'm very aware of the privilege this grants me. My goal is to build teams that value unique, diverse perspectives where we're all free to be a little weird. I like trying new things, and I'm not afraid to fail.
When I'm not working, it's a good bet that I'm quilting, baking, cuddling my wife and our two small dogs, singing along to Hamilton, or quoting lines from Buffy. ;)
